Refund/Return Policy

General Cancellation & Refund Policy

NOTE: The Party Cancellation and Refund Policy terms differ to the General terms outlined below.
Please refer to the terms outlined in the Party Cancellation and Refund Policy if you have a Party booking.

All bookings are subject to a 24 hour cooling off period. Customers are entitled to a full refund if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of making the booking. Bookings cancelled after this time will be offered a reschedule. If a rescheduled date is agreed the 24 hour cooling off period will be applied from the original booking date. If a reschedule cannot be agreed, then the customer will incur a 100% charge upon cancellation.

No refunds will be issued on the day for any events. This includes arriving late, non-attendance or any amendments made to the booking on the day. Gravity Fitness Limited will endeavour to accommodate a reschedule wherever possible.

All refunds valued at £100 or over will be issued in the form of a cheque and may take up to 21 days to process. The cheque will be sent to the customer in first class post. 

Party Cancellation & Refund Policy
All parties booked within 21 days of the event date will be subject to a £50 non-refundable deposit.

Any party booked at least 21 days in advanced will also be subject to a £50 deposit.

All food options and participant numbers must be confirmed 10 days before the date of the event.

The full balance for all parties must be paid at least 10 days before the date of the event.

In the event of a cancellation within 21 days of the event date the customer will be entitled to a refund for monies paid subject to a 20% administration fee. Any cancellations made less than 10 days before the event date will incur 100% of the charge and no refund will be given.
